Day Wise Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Haridwar to Gaurikund: Overnight in Gaurikund
You shall be picked up from your desired location within the urban city limits of Haridwar and proceed towards Gaurikund. Upon arrival check-in in the hotel and overnight leisure a day.
Day 2: Gaurikund to Kedarnath Dham Darshan and return to Gaurikund: Overnight in Gaurikund
Early morning start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (by Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost). Visit Kedarnath Temple. The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. After temple Darshan, trek down to Gaurikund. Have an overnight stay at Gaurikund.
Day 3: Gaurikund to Badrinath Dham: Overnight in Badrinath Dham
Leave early morning to Badrinath, once we reached explore one of the "Ancient Four Dhams" is among the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters. Pilgrims, after having a bath in the Taptkund, have the Darshan of Badrivishal and Aarti in the evening. Brahma Kapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another interesting sightseeing, spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River.
Day 4: Badrinath Dham to Rudraprayag: Overnight in Rudraprayag
In the morning after breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Of the four "Maths" established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel after arrival at Rudraprayag. Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of the Alaknanda River. It is a confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. You shall return to your hotel, have your dinner and relax.
Day 5: Rudraprayag to Haridwar via Rishikesh: Trip Completed
After visiting, temples and nearby places in Badrinath, start the journey to reach Haridwar, and if time permits then have a short break in Rishikesh to explore Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula later take a drop in Haridwar. The trip is completed here with memorable memories.
